Some of God’s declarations and commands to Noah were for him only, while others after the FLOOD were His instructions for all people.

God gave a number of specific directions to Noah before and during the FLOOD Gen 6:13,14-15,16,19-20,21, 7:1-2,3, 8:15-17.
After the FLOOD God’s instructions for Noah and his descendants were a combination of His Covenantal requirements, commission and warnings [3A10, 3A11 and 3A12]. These were God’s commands to be obeyed always by all people, in order to share with Him in accomplishing His primary purpose.
