3A12.  God’s Covenantal warnings to all people:

IF they did NOT obey God’s Covenantal requirements, THEN:-

(a)  They would NOT receive God’s acceptance
(b)  They would come under the control of God’s Enemy
(c)  God would demand an accounting for the killing of any person
(d)  Any killer of a person would be killed by other people
(e)  God would make Himself known TO and THROUGH them negatively

3A12(title)  God’s Covenantal warnings to all people

There had been a direct connection between God’s intended roles and warnings for Adam and Eve [Arrow 1A11 -> 1A12].  The same applied for all people before the FLOOD [Arrow 2A11 -> 2A12] and would now continue under His Covenantal Commission after the FLOOD.

3A12(sub-title)  IF they did NOT obey God’s Covenantal requirements

God warned Noah and his descendants of the dire consequences of NOT obeying His Covenantal requirements, as follows.

3A12(a)  They would NOT receive God’s acceptance

God’s two basic requirements for His acceptance of all people were still that they must rule over sin and do what was right Gen 4:7a [3A10(a)].

3A12(b)  They would come under the control of God’s Enemy

God’s warning given to Cain Gen 4:7b was still in force.  Disobedience would result in dire consequences due to the ongoing sinister intentions and activities of God’s Enemy.  He was still ruthlessly provoking them to sin in order to bring them under his control [see 3B22].

3A12(c)  God would demand an accounting for the killing of any person

God still profoundly valued every person Gen 9:6b.  So He warned that He would demand an accounting for the killing of any person Gen 9:5c as He had with Cain Gen 4:9a,10.

3A12(d)  Any killer of a person would be killed by other people

God further warned that anyone who “shed human blood” would suffer similar consequences from avengers Gen 9:6a.  Any killer of a person would be killed by other people!  These evil outcomes could result in an endless cycle of “payback” assassinations.

3A12(e)  God would make Himself known TO and THROUGH them negatively

IF people refused to carry out God’s Covenantal commission they would not be sharing with Him in accomplishing His primary purpose.  Yet His nature would still be expressed THROUGH them negatively, as demonstrated by His judgments upon them.

Arrow 3A11 -> 3A12

This arrow indicates that IF the people did NOT obey God’s Covenantal requirements [3A10] THEN they would NOT receive His acceptance and NOT be able to carry out His Covenantal commission [3A11].  Instead they would be held accountable by God and would suffer the consequences of being controlled by God’s Enemy [3A12].
