2B21.  How God communicated with all people:

God spoke His instructions directly to Cain and somehow they were passed on to others

2B21(title)  How God communicated with all people

God is recorded as speaking just four times in this whole Era [2A(intro)3].  Only two of these were addressed directly to a person, Cain, as God interrogated him.  The first was as three questions then a warning Gen 4:6-7 and the second as a short dialogue with Cain Gen 4:9a,10-11,12,15a.

2B21(sub-title)  God spoke His instructions directly to Cain and somehow they were passed on to others

God first spoke His instructions directly to Cain Gen 4:7.  Somehow they were then passed on to others [2A10(e)].  This meant all people were accountable to obey them.

Arrow 2B20 -> 2B21

This arrow indicates that God had adequately communicated His instructions and intentions to all people.  So they could not claim to be ignorant of them.
